Your response to this survey directly influences what you'll do this summer, so let us know what you're thinking!

Talk regularly with your mentor about your summer experience: hopes, concerns and next steps
APPLY TO YOUR PROGRAM (BY 4/30)
After you're matched with a Summer Experience, we'll support you to complete the application. This includes all secondary paperwork, like health forms.
APPLY FOR AN ID (BY April)
Depending on your program, you may need an ID to travel by plane

PREP IN THE PARK: OUTDOOR READINESS DAY (may)
Join our event where you'll meet other Summer Searchers while you hike and receive some swag
​
JOIN AN pre-trip orientation
Each program partner will host an orientation for students & families to meet them & learn more about what you will be doing

PHYSICALLY PREPARE
It's always good to start preparing physically for an outdoor adventure. Go on walks or hikes, take a jog around your neighborhood or do some basic bodyweight exercises
​
MAKE YOUR travel ARRANGEMENTS
If you're flying, you'll work with your mentor and program to complete a travel checklist so we can book your flight. For local programs, confirm with your parent/guardian that you have a ride to the start of your program.
RECEIVE EQUIPMENT
Coordinate with your mentor to receive your equipment for your Summer Experience
